Most challenging class by far, this class doesn’t just teach the acrobats to new skills but also to pushes them to maximise the strength and flexibility needed to be able to do the more complex tricks.
Examples of skills that enthusiastic Acrobats could learn to execute are front and back walk-overs, hand-walks, balances, aerials and tumbling skills. This will come with a lot of dedication and hard work, which is needed in this class to be able to progress well. Just like with the other classes, this class will work on new Acrobatic dances including these advanced tricks.
